Enrollment Process
There is no application deadline; however, enrollment is subject to space availability. To secure a spot, we recommend reserving as early as possible, as camp capacity is limited. Most parents and group leaders make their reservations 8 to 12 months in advance. This provides ample time to schedule visa appointments and secure available flights.

VISAS, PERMISSION to TRAVEL, and OTHER INFORMATION
Visas
A student visa (F-1, I-20 form) is not required for any KEF USA Summer Camp program. Participants can travel using a tourist (B-2) visa or through the Visa Waiver Program.
Parents/guardians are responsible for contacting their local American Embassy, consulate, or relevant office well in advance to secure any necessary visas or entry documents for visiting the USA. If a visa is refused, please send us a copy of the visa refusal letter.
Minors Traveling Alone
For minors traveling alone or in groups without a group leader, please check your country’s requirements regarding unaccompanied children traveling abroad. A consent document or notarized letter may be required at departure to show that the child has permission from both parents or guardians to travel.
Participation Confirmation
KEF will provide a formal Letter of Acceptance, which confirms the purpose of the visit and that all costs have been paid. This document can be presented at a visa appointment if needed and at the first U.S. port of entry if requested by immigration officials.
Cancellations
Our normal cancellation charges apply if notification of a failed visa application is received less than 60 days before the course begins. If the visa refusal letter is received more than 60 days before the course begins, a full refund will be given less a non-refundable application fee of $250 and bank processing charges (about $70)
