   1. High Performance

​

This program is designed for committed tournament players who are on a high-performance training pathway and competing in state, sectional, and/or national tournaments. Players will train with others who are similar in age and ability. Training will focus on technique, shot selection, patterns of play, and skills to deal with pressure.

   2. Youth Development

​

This program is geared for players that are new to the game, experienced Junior Team Tennis/High School Team Players. Players will train with others who are similar in age and ability. Mornings will focus on drill-based coaching, while afternoons will be centered around match play giving campers opportunities to practice their game under the guidance of coaches.

   3. Coach / Player ratio:   

​

For effective coaching, a ratio of 4 to 6 players per coach is optimal, with an average target ratio of 4 players per coach. This ratio allows coaches to provide personalized guidance while managing the group's needs efficiently.
